We will attend your premises twice per year to clean, sanitise and maintain your drinking water cooler. Where water filters are fitted, these will be replaced at each scheduled visit.

Any breakdowns, call-outs or service visits in addition to the two scheduled annual visits will be charged at £70.00 for the first hour and £40.00 per hour thereafter. Any required parts will be charged separately.

Pricing

• Water Cooler Service Agreement – £125 per annum

Our comprehensive water boiler servicing plan includes two scheduled visits per year to clean, sanitise, and maintain your drinking water boiler, ensuring reliable performance and hygienic operation.

Where water filters are installed, these will be replaced at each scheduled service.

Additional Visits: Any breakdowns, emergency call-outs, or unscheduled service visits outside of the twice-yearly plan will be charged at £70.00 for the first hour, and £40.00 per hour thereafter. Replacement parts, if required, will be billed separately.

Annual Pricing:

• Countertop Boiler (includes premium scale filter) – £195 per annum

• Under-Counter Boiler / Zip Tap – £249 per annum
